Rest Here is a 3-hour hands-on session where you learn to use a Himalayan singing bowl so your body knows how to rest again.
Not a passive sound bath. Your hands will be on the bowl. Learning how to play it on yourself - where the body quietly holds everything.
You will leave with a practice. And with the bowl to continue it.
