Class Description

Back to Ease is a 4-session private programme at Metta - designed to decompress, release and retrain how your spine and hips move. Each 60-minute session works through suspended support to take weight off the spine, passive opening for the lower back, and grounded breathwork to release what's been held. One session a week. Four consecutive weeks. Not a class. Not a quick fix. A focused reset with someone who will actually look at how you move. You'll also leave with your own back support - something your back will want to lie on every day - for 10 minutes of daily home practice between sessions.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, it's crucial that you do so at least 3 hours before the start time - after that, no cancellations will be allowed. Please cancel via the mobile app or website (please login to your account to cancel). It's worth noting that failing to show up for a reserved class without cancelling ahead of time will result in the forfeiture of your class pass. So please, be sure to cancel if you can't make it, as it not only frees up space for other participants but also ensures that you won't lose out on your pass.
