This session is held at the peak of the lunar cycle - when what has been building finally comes to light, and what is ready to be released has permission to go. A space to soften, to let go, and to return to yourself. 60 minutes of sound, silence, and held space. Singing bowls, gong, and resonant instruments. Nothing to do. Nothing to achieve. Simply receive.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation, it's crucial that you do so at least 3 hours before the start time - after that, no cancellations will be allowed. Please cancel via the mobile app or website (please login to your account to cancel). It's worth noting that failing to show up for a reserved class without cancelling ahead of time will result in the forfeiture of your class pass. So please, be sure to cancel if you can't make it, as it not only frees up space for other participants but also ensures that you won't lose out on your pass.
