Service Description
This non-heated hatha class is designed for experienced yoga practitioners seeking to deepen their practice through consistency, repetition, and progression. Each session builds on foundational postures to gradually prepare the body and mind for entry-level arm balances and inversions. Through progressive sequences, you’ll develop the strength, stability, and confidence to explore entry level intermediate poses such as crow, headstand.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation, it's crucial that you do so at least 3 hours before the start time - after that, no cancellations will be allowed. Please cancel via the mobile app or website (please login to your account to cancel). It's worth noting that failing to show up for a reserved class without cancelling ahead of time will result in the forfeiture of your class pass. So please, be sure to cancel if you can't make it, as it not only frees up space for other participants but also ensures that you won't lose out on your pass.
