This class follows a steady, structured sequence inspired by the traditional Ashtanga practice, led from beginning to end with clear guidance and breath awareness. Movement is continuous and energizing, while remaining grounded and intentional. This class is suitable for those who enjoy a stronger physical practice and prefer the support of a guided class. Options are offered, and students are encouraged to move with awareness rather than speed.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation, it's crucial that you do so at least 3 hours before the start time - after that, no cancellations will be allowed. Please cancel via the mobile app or website (please login to your account to cancel). It's worth noting that failing to show up for a reserved class without cancelling ahead of time will result in the forfeiture of your class pass. So please, be sure to cancel if you can't make it, as it not only frees up space for other participants but also ensures that you won't lose out on your pass.
