Service Description
A guided practice using the yoga trapeze to support spinal decompression, mobility, and mindful strength. Trapeze classes at Metta use the support of the hammock to create space in the body, ease tension in the spine and shoulders, and explore movement with greater lightness and control. Postures are guided with clarity and care, allowing students to feel supported while building awareness, stability, and confidence. This class is suitable for a wide range of practitioners, including those seeking relief from stiffness or a different way to experience familiar movements.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation, it's crucial that you do so at least 3 hours before the start time - after that, no cancellations will be allowed. Please cancel via the mobile app or website (please login to your account to cancel). It's worth noting that failing to show up for a reserved class without cancelling ahead of time will result in the forfeiture of your class pass. So please, be sure to cancel if you can't make it, as it not only frees up space for other participants but also ensures that you won't lose out on your pass.
