What Is Guided Practice?

Guided Practice at Metta offers teacher-led classes designed to support the body, breath, and nervous system through mindful movement.

These sessions are guided from beginning to end, with thoughtful sequencing and a steady pace that encourages awareness, release, and balance.

They are held with the same care and intention as our Mysore practice - simply expressed through a softer, more supportive rhythm.
