Kindness Space
The Kindness Space is a complimentary yoga class created for those who have been giving endlessly, to family, work, or life... and have little left to give to themselves.
It’s for single parents, caregivers, or anyone going through financial or emotional challenges who need a safe, non-judgmental place to practice, rest and reconnect.

This class is made possible through our Kindness Membership, where members contribute a little extra each month so that someone else may practice freely.
​
It’s our way of reminding each other that kindness can be shared, quietly, sincerely, and from the heart.
​
We hold this space with deep care.
It’s meant for those who truly need it... who may not otherwise have the means or emotional capacity to step onto the mat.
If you are in a season of stability, we invite you to support instead, so the space remains open and accessible for others who need it more right now.
