In Mysore practice, each student moves through their practice at their own rhythm, receiving personal guidance from the teacher rather than following a led class. Postures are introduced gradually, with attention given to breath, alignment, and readiness. This practice encourages focus, consistency, and long-term growth. Beginners and experienced practitioners practice side by side, each working on what is appropriate for them on that day. Ashtanga Mysore is ideal for those seeking depth, discipline, and a steady relationship with practice - built patiently, without rushing.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, it's crucial that you do so at least 3 hours before the start time - after that, no cancellations will be allowed. Please cancel via the mobile app or website (please login to your account to cancel). It's worth noting that failing to show up for a reserved class without cancelling ahead of time will result in the forfeiture of your class pass. So please, be sure to cancel if you can't make it, as it not only frees up space for other participants but also ensures that you won't lose out on your pass.
