The emphasis is on comfort, awareness, and ease - allowing breath and movement to support each other naturally. This class is ideal for students curious about breathwork within a safe, guided environment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, it's crucial that you do so at least 3 hours before the start time - after that, no cancellations will be allowed. Please cancel via the mobile app or website (please login to your account to cancel). It's worth noting that failing to show up for a reserved class without cancelling ahead of time will result in the forfeiture of your class pass. So please, be sure to cancel if you can't make it, as it not only frees up space for other participants but also ensures that you won't lose out on your pass.
