Service Description

A slow, deeply grounding class focused on releasing tension held in the body and softening the nervous system. Melt uses gentle, sustained postures, mindful breath, and supported stillness to encourage the body to let go of habitual holding. The pace is unhurried, allowing time for tissues to soften, the breath to deepen, and the mind to settle. This series is ideal for those experiencing stiffness, fatigue, or emotional heaviness, and for anyone seeking a quieter, more nurturing practice. Nothing to push, nothing to fix - just space to soften and unwind.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, it's crucial that you do so at least 3 hours before the start time - after that, no cancellations will be allowed. Please cancel via the mobile app or website (please login to your account to cancel). It's worth noting that failing to show up for a reserved class without cancelling ahead of time will result in the forfeiture of your class pass. So please, be sure to cancel if you can't make it, as it not only frees up space for other participants but also ensures that you won't lose out on your pass.
