Looking to start your yoga journey but feeling intimidated by group classes? Don't worry, we've got you covered. Our personalized guidance will help you learn at your own pace without the price tag of 1:1 classes. Our experienced teachers are here to support you every step of the way.
Studio Etiquette
Do arrive 10 - 15 mnutes before class. Being on time is your passport to an uninterrupted yoga journey. Imagine it as the first deep inhale - full of promise and readiness. By honuring the schedule, you not only respect your time but contribute to the tranquil rhythm of the entire class.
Latecomers, unfortunately, won't be able to join the session to ensure an undisturbed practice for all. Let's flow together. starting on time and in sync.
Remember to keep your mobile phone in the locker or at the reception before entering the practice room.
Don't have a yoga mat? Feel free to use one of ours. Do wipe down the mat after each practice. It's a small act that speaks volumes in fostering a clean and welcoming environment for everyone.
Mind your noise level in shared areas, respecting the serenity of the studio.
Let go of judgement on yourself and others - everyone's journey on the mat is unique and so is yours. Together, we create a safe space where acceptance and growth is encouraged.
